OVERVIEW
This course teaches you to achieve meeting goals by being well organized, an effective leader or participant, and a better speaker. An atmosphere of mutual benefit is created through group exercises and involvement, role play and individual feedback. Each topic will be adapted to the IBM business culture and expectations for meeting protocol. Materials include checklists and forms which can be used regularly in your office routine and responsibilities.
You will practice and receive feedback through the use of audio and video recording. Class size will allow for individual practice and instructor feedback. We would like to take into consideration specific situations you may be preparing for, so please feel free to come prepared with relevant information and questions.

OVERVIEW
As citizens of the most multicultural city in the world, we can often face unique challenges. Without meaning to, we may often misunderstand or mis-communicate with colleagues and friends from a different culture. The key is awareness, and learning appropriate language and other communication styles, so that misunderstandings do not interfere with our business and social relationships.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
