Using Your Voice and Tone To Deliver Your Message
Your voice , vocal expression, and habits of pronunciation , voice projection, intonation, and voice quality - give others an instant impression of you. You can sound confident or insecure, clear or confused, bored or enthusiastic, weak or strong. You can make a listener WANT TO LISTEN TO YOU, or WANT TO LEAVE YOU - just by the sound of your voice and tone. It is important for everyone to "put their best voice forward," and to say what you mean, and how you mean to say it.
This course will give you the knowledge, the practice and the tools to use your voice to say what you mean, and draw listeners to you and your message. You will practice through interesting group activities such as role play and team exercises.
You will practice and receive feedback through the use of audio and video recording, as well as with our NEW INTERACTIVE VOICE AND SPEECH TECHNOLOGY.
Class size will allow for individual practice and instructor feedback. We would like to take into consideration specific situations you may be preparing for, so please feel free to come prepared with relevant information and questions.
